Terrible customer service

Here is my update:1- Claimed to deliver within a week to two but took more than a month.2- I was bound to into a subscription even though the surface of their website while shopping and during the purchase it appeared that you’re purchasing not subscribing.3- They lied claiming that I received the item I actually ordered but the item that I was bound into subscription with was delivered after nearly a month.4- I asked them to cancel the subscription and they responded saying “The policy is that we get to cancel within the 1st 20 days from your first purchase but once this period passes it’s for the customer to cancel it themselves”. Guess what, you can’t even login to cancel the subscription.
