Have to say my experience has been outstanding. I was looking for a pre-filter for my dehumidifier. The response from Puremate was super quick, polite and professional - they offered their own valid assessment too. To top it off they sent me a replacement pre-filter for free and next day delivery. Now I really rate Meaco's customer service but this was on another level. Highly recommend their dehumidifiers too (model: PM466). Quality products that do what they say they will do!
