I bought a dehumidifier from them which started playing up about 2 months after buying it but it was still collecting a little water so couldn't return it inside the warranty period, It gradually got worse and now has totally stopped working, Puremate don't want to know at all, saying its out of warranty. They could have at least offered to have a look at it or offered a trade in, but no. Poor customer service i thought..
