Amazing customer service! Accidentally over filled the ice packs which came with my air cooler, it caused them to split. I emailed PureMate and within an hour had a reply, the Ice packs were delivered the next working day👌🏼 With having experienced a lot of very poor customer service recently from a lot of other companies, this was very reassuring.
