While the gentleman who inspected the property did a thorough and professional job, nobody else has ever contacted me to accomplish any of the work he documented and which needs to be done. Pure offers poor service and almost a complete lack of concern for the properties. I was left on 4th of July weekend two years ago for four days with no a/c in 100 degree plus weather. Temp was 92 degrees in my bedroom. Similar lack of concern or service when the bladder on the water heater burst and they would not send anyone to fix it for 30 hours. I had already called my friend John Blitch of Blitch Plumbing who had someone out in 10 minutes. When I spoke to the lady at Goose Creek Heating and Air and told her Pure Property told me they didn't have any servicemen available, she said she had at least a dozen repairmen on call that weekend. Terrible horrible service and if my neighbor across the street didn't know the homeowner, none of these awful problems would ever have been addressed. I got stuck with the plumbing bill for fixing the ancient water heater and soldering the new bladder on--$400. Ken whatever his name is that owns the home has already gotten an earful from my neighbor Steve who can see that the property management company is not keeping the property up (trees need trimming, gutters have trees growing from them, the house needs mold pressure washed off the siding, and palm trees are growing in the flower beds by the dozens. By the time you send someone to attend to them, they will need a backhoe to dig them out. Marshall the inspector was a real nice gentleman. Pure Property management is awful, terrible and should be ashamed of their lack of attention to the property and the complete disregard to the homeowners. I will be posting this on the Pure Property Website or comments page on Google Reviews, so that potential renters or homeowners can beware of neglect before they are neglected. I cannot think of a more irresponsible company. The front door lock has not worked for years. Marshall noted that as have dozens of others and you have done nothing to rectify the problem! Don't send me a survey unless you want to hear the truth about your complete disregard for me as a longtime renter.
