I would not recommend Pure Property Management to any property owner. Their lack of communication, poor accountability, and failure to advocate for the owner made my experience frustrating and costly.1️⃣ Terrible Communication – Getting updates was a constant struggle. Emails and calls were often ignored, and I had to chase them down for even the most basic information.2️⃣ Failure to Enforce Lease Terms – Instead of protecting my property, they sided with tenants who clearly violated the lease and downplayed the damage caused.3️⃣ Delays & Lack of Action – Despite holding tenant funds for repairs, they dragged their feet and refused to move forward in a timely manner, making the process unnecessarily difficult.4️⃣ Unethical Practices – They seem more interested in collecting fees than actually managing properties responsibly. When concerns were raised, they avoided responsibility instead of providing solutions.🚨 Stay away, especially from Becky Star. If you're looking for a property management company that communicates, protects your investment, and follows through on their responsibilities—look elsewhere. Pure Property Management is not it.
