I was offered a complimentary consultation for Invisalign. Less than 3 hours prior to the appointment (booked over a week in advance) I received a text message to say it was cancelled and could I call to reschedule for the following week. When I called to say I was unable to make the next week I was told the dentist had cancelled on me because he « was just too busy to see me » but that I could in fact keep the appointment if I paid for it instead. So he was « too busy » but not actually too busy if more money was to be made after letting me down! Shockingly poor work ethics so have changed to a more reliable dentist.25/7/24 Your reply to the above does not even address the real issue here of your last minute cancellation. It is completely irrelevant and piteous to now make up a different reason for the one given at the time.
