Love the natural taste. Nothing artificial about it. Also love that there is a bit of roughage in there. I feel fuller and more energised than after my regular breakfast bran. I also like knowing that I am getting in a decent amount of protein, as I need extra with my ADHD meds. I will deffo keep ordering!
