I read all the reviews before purchasing the 2 week sachet set. I used them as shakes, mixing with almond milk. I do agree that the flavours are bland but most of them are bearable, the pistachio was the worst for me. I used them to replace my lunch and did stay full! you can make porridge and mix with yoghurt which I do think would be better and something I didn't try as some flavours were a struggle! I've definitely enjoyed not feeling bloated. Sadly no weight loss from it but my body takes 2 weeks to get used to a change so I think I would need to continue on it. I definitely recommend giving this a try - they are nutty, do need blending and are quite bland but do make you feel great and full!
