Been using Purition for years. It is natural, using whole nuts and seeds, so expect it to have an overriding nutty base flavour. The flavours are subtle, and all do have the nutty taste that comes through. I wouldn’t say it’s gritty, but it’s not ultra processed, so some slight ‘bits’ from the nuts in there. But I think is it a quality product, and since I’m on a subscribe every 3 weeks, I’ve never had an issue with the product. This is not some fake ultra processed sweetened shake, so if you prefer sugary sweet shakes then stick to the ones in supermarkets. It can help with weight loss, and also weight gain in illness. Overall an excellent product.
