I'm currently awaiting a response regarding my fourth email requesting return details. I've received three replies asking for my phone number to assist with usage, which is unnecessary. I received a return address in China, although my item was shipped from England, and the website lists an English address. Returning to China would incur extra charges, and based on my experience, I doubt I'd ever see a refund. After some back and forth, I finally got an address in England, but the lengthy process indicates poor staff training and doesn't change my low rating. Good customer service is essential.
