I purchased the product about three weeks ago and found it uncomfortable to use. I had to contact the returns department multiple times just to get the return address. I returned the item with full tracking, confirming delivery to the returns address. I've only heard back a couple of times, each time being told there was no record of my return. I sent proof of postage and tracking, but since then, I've heard nothing! This company seems to not process refunds for returns. I am very disappointed as this was an expensive item and utterly useless for me. Buyer beware! Update: After posting my review, someone contacted me and organized my refund within a few days. However, the returns department continues to communicate with me, apologizing for their inability to process my refund! This company clearly has communication issues. I'm relieved to have my refund but it was a frustrating and stressful experience.
