This review is about the customer experience:Ordered a purple travel pillow, case and pillow case. Ordered these items and it took almost 2 weeks to arrive to Boston, MA. Package was neatly boxed. Missing was the pillow case. Logged on to chat, all automated and very impersonal. The paperwork platform made me fill out a claim for the missing item. Took about 15 minutes and then needed to wait for a specialist to email me. They made it seem like it was my fault. They would not send the new pillowcase any faster or provide any compensation for their missing item. It has been about 1.5 weeks since that claim was submitted and i have not recieved any shipping notification of the pillowcase. In the world of quick delivery, this company is behind. Their customer service is pretty atrocious. I am unable to use the pillow until the case comes, so who knows when that will be. For 175.00, the experience is NOT worth the purchase price. The pillow is nice quality, but i havent had the opportunity to put it to use. It has been about 1 month and counting.
