I was told I was 'lucky' they made it across the border, I would hope when paying a transport company and have all of the dogs paper work in order, that they don't rely on 'luck'. Also had to repeatedly chase for an invoice, and when it was issued (post payment rather than pre payment as requested), it was incorrect.
