Having used this service for about 10 years, I can wholeheartedly recommend it. The quality is consistent, and deliveries are always on time. There have only been two issues in a decade, which were resolved quickly, with the service doing everything possible to help. When I had a late order, my cats had to try something else, which didn’t go well. I genuinely don’t know what I would do without this service. It is pricey, and I don’t know anyone who spends as much as I do on cat food, but the quality and service are unmatched.
