I submitted an order for a shirt on 6/16 and received an order confirmation email on 6/17 that the order had been confirmed. On 6/19 I started getting tracking status emails saying the item had left the UK, and each day or so I’d get another email that it had made it to Edinburgh, passed UK customs, etc. even to this day, on 7/13, I’m still receiving these order status updates telling me it’s made it to US customs, has been released from US customs etc. Problem is, it’s all fabricated. Just completely made up tracking info, for — I have no idea. After registering a complaint with PayPal, the company responded with a 17track number and link that shows the order wasn’t even received in the warehouse until 6/30. As of today, it claims it has been passed off 10 times to some “delivery station” in Los Angelas, since 7/4. Even if I do actually receive the product at some point, this company should get blocked by card merchants, PayPal, etc - simply for how unethical its communications and tracking site - which I can only assume is some Chinese company hoax website, to try and convince purchasers that they didn’t order something from China. It just makes no sense.
