The company offers easy returns but this is not true. I ordered 2 ea 3XL Mens Hawaiin Shirts, I normally wear 2XL. They were ridiculously short and short-sleeved. They were a better fit for my wife who wears medium ladies. The company suggested I accept a 4 dollar refund for a 24-dollar shirt, and give the shirts to someone who might appreciate them. I have been writing their customer support daily for over a week. There have been no sincere attempts to provide a reasonable refund. Web site indicates:To start a return, you can contact us at supportATpurshoadex.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
