- Long delivery times.
- Returns are at your expense and extremely costly.
- Customer support is absolutely terrible and unresponsive.
I placed three orders totaling over €400, and as a loyal customer, I would have shopped again, but never again. They lost a customer due to their poor service. The size chart is inaccurate, and returns are so expensive that it took me a while to decide to send items back. After contacting support to ask about returning items from different orders in one package, I received a reply only to find out I missed the return deadline by a single day! It was during the Christmas period, and they refused my refund. They offered an exchange, but I didn’t need that as I had already ordered the sizes I wanted. A store credit? Why not a refund? A satisfied customer returns, especially for just one day. But if I were to buy again from this brand, where no one listens, I would be hesitant. Disappointed!

Pursue Fitness was founded in 2013 by our CEO Michael Hughes when he was 18.
Michael proposed the idea of starting a sportswear brand, he knew the name straight away. Within a few months, he saved £300 from his part-time job, then a sample-sized order was placed with a supplier for 4 products.
Products were designed by him, orders were packed by him, queries were answered by him and the brand was grown by him. Since then, Pursue Fitness has shipped orders to over 160 countries and released more than 1,500 different products.
