Now I know why I normally order off Amazon.. My product arrive damaged and leaking and I provided pictures as evidence. My first email to the company, they apologized and 'assured that it will not happen again' and that they will give me a coupon for my next order. I asked for a credit on THIS order since I was unsure if I was going to be ordering again. My email was not responded to, nor any credit was given or coupon for any future order. Rest assured, I won't be ordering from them again.
