Overall, very satisfied.

Ordering process could have been a bit better and it was necessary for me to contact customer service, however, my query was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Otherwise, very satisfied. If you buy monthly (has we did) a subscription saves you quite a bit of money over 12 months and it gets delivered to your door, often before it even arrives in the shop!

I subscribe to Puzzler Sudoku. It arrives on time, is cheaper and more convenient than buying in the shop and if I have any queries, their customer service has been friendly and helpful
