Enjoyable puzzles.

Always enjoy the puzzles in the Puzzler. I have had a subscription for a few years now and it is great having it delivered instead of trying to remember if I have already got the one in the shops.

I love my puzzle subscription

I love my puzzle subscription. Always arrives on time and the books are nice and big, with plenty of puzzles to last. The communicate well about any changes (Like the name change of the Super Hanjie to Nonogram) and the prices are way better than having to trek to the store every time and search around for it.

I ordered the wrong magazine

I paid for an annual subscription but ordered the wrong magazine by mistake. Phoned up and spoke to a very kind person who amended my subscription to the correct magazine (Killer sudoku) and extended the subscription by 2 months to compensate for the 2 wrong copies I'd already received.

I subscribed to Puzzler Collection for £10.47 for 3 issues and an offer of a free Puzzler Annual . Upon receiving the first issue I was charged £11.25 . I enquired about the discrepancy and was told I was charged the amount because I didn't tick a specific box , which is nonsense . I cancelled the subscription . They did send out the annual

Service is very prompt and reliable

Service is very prompt and reliable. Good communication - recently there was a delay in sending my subscription magazine and I was informed about it straight away and kept updated. Really good customer service!
