After reviewing the invoice, we noticed we were charged for 10 panels, but only received 9. Additionally, we were frustrated by the four delays in the installation. The electricians did not meet our expectations. We requested the inverter to be placed on our back wall, but they claimed they couldn't access the loft due to asbestos concerns for the wiring. However, they did enter the attic for some wiring. The roofer mentioned that there was no reason the inverter couldn't have been placed on the back wall, as they could have easily routed the wiring underneath.
