The Customer Service Representative was polite and knowledgeable about what Pyramid does. However, I was a little disappointed because my need was based on what I discussed with the Company who connected me with Pyramid. They were told that I needed help with Debt Management. Why did I receive a call from Pyramid who clearly, doesn't do Debt Management. This was clearly a waste of my time!!
