I placed my order at the beginning of December, around New Year’s. I was a bit worried at first because it took some time until I received the tracking ID. But I was reassured, which made sense since it’s obviously a very busy time of year.
In the end, everything arrived. It was perfectly packaged.
Unfortunately, I was a bit too late with the SL. I’m still hoping there will be more, even though you hear everywhere that there won’t be any more available. I didn’t get a reply to my inquiry, but honestly that’s not a big deal. I don’t really understand why some people are complaining so much.
Anyway, the operators definitely have guts and this is a massive project.

Poor customer support experience

I mistakenly ordered from a site that looks very similar to this one and, not having received my order, left a negative review on a feedback platform. I realized I had confused it with another company, and I would have gladly apologized if approached kindly. Instead, I received rude emails with insults. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was told they don't engage with people like me. It’s shocking how poorly they treat their customers. I strongly advise against doing business with them.

I placed an order on a site that looks quite similar to this one. Since I hadn't received my order, I left a negative review on a feedback platform. I realized I had mixed it up with another company, and I would have apologized if approached politely. Instead, I received hostile emails labeling me with offensive names. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told they don't deal with people like me. It’s shocking how they treat customers. I strongly recommend avoiding them.

Lack of updates on orders

I like the store. Orders are processed quickly, but unfortunately, updates on specific orders are lacking. After payment, I have questions that go unanswered. I understand the current pressures, but spending a lot of money without any updates on my order is frustrating. Some communication would really help, as it currently feels suspicious.

Effortless ordering process

I've been interested in this site for a while and finally decided to place a large order. I transferred the money yesterday and will check the status today. (Edit: They replied in under 24 hours, and I will get tracking info soon. I also added a €15 tip.) Overall, I would order here again, but due to new regulations coming in 2026, this may be my first and last order. Update: I received tracking today; they are quite busy, so please be patient!
