Review Time
I placed my order at the beginning of December, around New Year’s. I was a bit worried at first because it took some time until I received the tracking ID. But I was reassured, which made sense since it’s obviously a very busy time of year.
In the end, everything arrived. It was perfectly packaged.
Unfortunately, I was a bit too late with the SL. I’m still hoping there will be more, even though you hear everywhere that there won’t be any more available. I didn’t get a reply to my inquiry, but honestly that’s not a big deal. I don’t really understand why some people are complaining so much.
Anyway, the operators definitely have guts and this is a massive project.
I mistakenly ordered from a site that looks very similar to this one and, not having received my order, left a negative review on a feedback platform. I realized I had confused it with another company, and I would have gladly apologized if approached kindly. Instead, I received rude emails with insults. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was told they don't engage with people like me. It’s shocking how poorly they treat their customers. I strongly advise against doing business with them.

I like the store. Orders are processed quickly, but unfortunately, updates on specific orders are lacking. After payment, I have questions that go unanswered. I understand the current pressures, but spending a lot of money without any updates on my order is frustrating. Some communication would really help, as it currently feels suspicious.
I've been interested in this site for a while and finally decided to place a large order. I transferred the money yesterday and will check the status today. (Edit: They replied in under 24 hours, and I will get tracking info soon. I also added a €15 tip.) Overall, I would order here again, but due to new regulations coming in 2026, this may be my first and last order. Update: I received tracking today; they are quite busy, so please be patient! Package arrived. Thank you!
