I ordered on October 13 and only received my items on November 14. To make matters worse, the order shipped on October 27—13 days after my purchase, which is completely unacceptable. I spent €400 but only received about €200 worth of products. Since then, I’ve tried to reach customer service, but they ignore my messages and have even blocked me. I warn others to avoid this company; they do not take responsibility for their actions.
