I have a very bad experince with this app. February i lost 150aed. Someoone deposited to me and they did nit credited it to my account becasue they saud it was transferred through wrong account name. Now this time, i used correct name using Pyypl but still the amount of 600aed 1st transaction and 150aed 2nd transacation was not credited again to my wallet even usiing the correct account name they requested. But when they remove money from your wallet if you make a transfer they are so fast, quuckly they remove the amount but in topping up adding money to your wallet is horrible experience to me!!! Are you eating my money?? Are you Thief?? Are you scamming me again?? Where is this amount now that i topped up to my wallet where is my money now??? i send many times the receipt if the transaction but nothing to no avail. Custmer service always redunduntly messge me without any sense at all!! I dont anything just put my money to my account!!!!Would like to apologize for my harsh messages, i was just frustrated at that moment and helpless. But then again, you proved me wrong and sorted out the issues. I feel guilty i hope you understand. Special mention to Ms Amanda who devoted her time and effort to explain everything and sorted out the problem and then referred me to Mr Joshua Nico to further asses the situation and even go beyond his capabilities to further solve the existing issues. Really i appreciated there effort and patience on me. For these i would like to give them 5* and I'll be giving more if there is☺️ Thank you for your great service @Amanda and Nico ☺️🤍
