Absolute rip off!Was charged £37 for two items which are looking so cheap and cheerful that £1.95 would more than cover the cost.There are no replacement tips sold with the item.They do not remove any earwax at all and the soft tips just seem to fold double in my ear so no chance of them doing their job properly.It sounded very promising but my money had been seriously wasted on some cheap and nasty plastic gadgets.
