It took about 4 months to receive my Q-grips and there were no 16 spare tips as I was led to believe when purchasing them. They are not worth the $59.95 that I was lured into paying. Same items for sale on Ebay for $6.99 with 16 replacement tips and free postage. I have Been ripped off. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE THIEVES AND LIARS.
