Absolutely awful customer service……. DO NOT USE THEM OR THEIR APP!I recently fell foul of their “small print” that let’s face it does anyone have time to read it?!!! I had the app downloaded and set up for auto pay. I used this once and it was absolutely fine however some 7 months later I sell my car and get a new vehicle. The new owners 2 months after I’d sold it used a Q-Park in central Manchester. The app automatically charged me £18 for this stay. When I explained what had happened I was told it was my problem for not changing my car. Oh sorry, this was the last thing in my mind once I’d sold a car “oh I must update my Q-Park app”!!! So they got paid for this session twice, once by me and once by the new owner! Absolutely disgusting customer service, I even asked for a supervisor to contact me and got an even more ridiculous response.
