Worst Parking Place in London

Went to use the BP Pulse charging facility inside Q Park Pimlico. The person who were in the control room treated us like crap. I entered the car park at 22.24 on Thursday the 30th November and came to the exit gate sharp 23.24 but instead of £6 an hour they were charging £12 for two hours. When I call the intercom the guy were rude, arrogant and said none of his concerns as he saying that I went into the car park 22.21 where I challenged him I have proof the ticket I got the printed here 22.24 and he wouldn't do anything and made me wait over the phone another 5 minutes so had to pay £12 for parked there an hour to charge my electric vehicle with an additional cost. I have tried to explain everything in email with the customer service team but not an apology or any other solutions from them. Rubbish and rude service from these people. Avoid
