I received my item and I was happy with it and was willing to order more from the company. However the item I ordered had a really bad odour such as cigarettes or something so I messaged the company to let them know, and they responded with ‘get the item dry cleaned’, I am so shocked with this response, will they be paying for the dry-cleaning? The one item itself cost £106 including postage and now I must pay for dry-cleaning on top? And will they do anything in future to ensure clothes do not smell bad? Unfortunately they have lost a customer.
