I Took the premium plan. Let me be honest with my experience and share both positives and negatives. They gave me a decent CV, made really good content on that. I appreciate that. But the state of job applications they made on my behalf is really really horrible. They promised to make 20 to 25 applications per day. But they could only make 14 to 19 max, that too very terribly made applications.
The mistakes made on that were severe. Such as incorrect employer details (saying I am working at McDonalds, I have never worked there, even my CV says I am working in a software job), incorrect education details (saying “Some Post-Graduate Studies” instead of a Master’s in Computing) , incorrect answers to screening questions (such as I am NOT comfortable travelling to office for work, I am not eligible to work in the country that I am applying to, answering NO to technologies that I actually have experience in), they even said wrong gender. The quality of cover letter is so miserable, with just a few generic words from chatgpt. No details of what company or what position you are applying, my details such as email, phone, github, linkedin, nothing. Sometimes they upload the wrong document instead of a CV.
Even after making very good applications and cover letter, we are still rejected, so imagine the state if the application itself is so bad. After all this I didnt want to continue the service, but they wouldnt give money back for unused services even though it had only been one week of doing these applications.
They agreed to assign a very professional new associate, who promised to handle these well. And after day 1 with the new associate, the job applications are still bad, answering no to my eligibility to work, wrong CV. They dont care if you get a job or be successful. But I thought they would atleast do a basic service of what was promised. They are using us desperate jobseekers for business.
