I ordered some books two weeks ago for $76. This amount was immediately charged to my credit card. So far I have not even received an email confirmation, and the booking process said I would receive it shortly. 1 week ago I emailed to ask why I had not received a confirmation, no reply. This is the worst experience I have ever had with an online shop, Im not even sure if I will receive the books. I wish I had checked the reviews earlier but I did not because I had a good experience with the Robina shop before.
