QDOS took on our case at the end of June 2025, the third party admitted fault straight away they received the payment in early July. After this all communication stopped. Every time you call nobody can help. You just keep being told "there is a delay with the accounts team ", or "we've marked it as urgent and someone will give you an update" and follow up emails will be sent with no response. According to their complaint procedure you should get a response within 5 working days, its been over 5 months and we still have not heard back from them!
