It has been the worst experience ever, it’s been 3months I’ve been using their courtesy car and I have been calling non stop to find out the progress of my case, but they keep on telling me there hasn’t been any admission of liability. No communication has been done unless I chase them. My file handler was changed and I was never advised of this change and I had to find out after I called to check if anyone was looking into the case, and apparently this file handler has not been empathising with me, feels really stressful and draining when talking to him.The drivers who deliver their cars are friendly but the company is generally unhelpful. And the involvement of QDOS in my case has been very depressing, disappointing and mentally draining‼️‼️My case hasn’t been settled yet, and now no one is responding to my emails. Dragging this facade to court for sure.It doesn’t deserve a star at all‼️
