QDOS have just finished handling my claim and i must say they did a great job. Everything was so simple, I just sent over the pictures of my smashed up car and I had a hire car delivered that afternoon by a lovely chap called Ian who gave me a quick lesson in how to drive an automatic as I hadnt driven one before. Couldnt fault that for service. My claims handler Milly was great too, friendly and kept me up to date with the progress of my write of settlement. My case is all settled now, was a shame to give the hire car back but i think my new car will definitely be an auto - thanks again Ian!
