Here again still no payment and ombudsman officially involved ,promised payout since October and seems to be radio silence since Iv stopped calling them , discusting company all screenshots have gone to the ombudsman promising it’s going to get dealt with -Dear Mr Alexander Your complaint Thanks for getting in touch.
