⭐ 1 Star – The Worst Company I’ve Ever Dealt With. Complete Joke.I honestly don’t have words for how disgusted I am with Qudos. This is by far the worst and most useless company I have ever had to deal with. If you’re unfortunate enough to have your case passed to them — run the other way.They’ve had the third-party payment since 15th May, and guess what? It’s nearly a month later and we still haven’t been paid. My husband has been calling them every single day, during his working hours — taking time away from his job — just to chase what should have been done in five working days.We’ve spoken to Chris, Sophie, Dave, Haley, and every time it’s just lies, empty promises, and delays. Their so-called accounts department is a ghost — no phone line, no accountability, nothing but a manager saying “we can only email them.” Are you serious?Even worse — the manager said this case had been escalated to the director, and still nothing has been sorted. So if the director’s involved and even then nothing happens — what the hell is this company doing?!This whole thing has been emotionally exhausting and financially damaging. They’ve wasted weeks of our time, caused unnecessary stress, and held our money hostage. We’ve sent our bank details TWICE and they still pretend like things are in progress.We’re now filing a formal complaint with the Financial Ombudsman and have told our insurance company to NEVER use Qudos again. I would advise anyone reading this to do the same.This is not a business. This is a joke.Avoid Qudos like the plague.
