If I could give zero stars, I would.Qudos handled my car repair claim after an accident that wasn’t my fault, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.They received the third-party payment on 15th May, and as of now (nearly a month later) I have still not received my compensation. I’ve sent my bank details twice, spoken to several members of their team (Chris, Sophie, Dave, Haley), and called them daily, often during my working hours, costing me time and wages — and every time I’ve been fed false promises and delays.Their accounts department is uncontactable, and even the manager claimed they can only email them, which is beyond ridiculous for a professional company. I was even told my case had been escalated to the director, yet absolutely nothing has changed.I have recorded calls and full logs of every time I contacted them, and the way I’ve been treated is completely unacceptable. They’ve wasted my time, caused stress, and held my money for no valid reason. I’ve now had to raise this with my insurance company and will be taking this further through the Financial Ombudsman.Do yourself a favour — if you see your claim being referred to Qudos, demand a different provider immediately. This is a terribly run company that clearly doesn’t care about their customers once they get the payment.
