It arrived on time and was very well packaged. This was a replacement for a cheaper model that had broken! It's far superior. It feels solid and durable. With the old model, I had to press the button and hold the tap back for boiling water, which was challenging due to my arthritis. Having filtered water is an added bonus. Very satisfied with this tap.
