I knew what I was getting into and enjoyed just chatting. I would add coins for $11.99 when I felt like. Then I was charged twice for a total of over $100.00. They say I checked the auto-up box, which I most definitely made sure was not checked when I purchased more coins. They are refusing a refund so I threatened them with litigation backed with more who have experienced this same thing. I have no issue with paying for what I asked for. A company that will knowingly check a box for me, that I purposefully unchecked, without my consent has stolen from me and probably countless others. I’m looking for more willing to fight back on this
