In February 2022 when the rats had come back, I made sure I shopped around to not have a repeat of before. I spoke to this firm and because I knew all about where they were coming from, I was crystal clear from the outset; I have an infestation. I was quoted from £330 plus vat for a CCTV survey to highlight entry and exit points, a visit every ten days to bait and collect bodies and a guarantee that they will be eradicated within 6 months. There then would be an additional cost to fill the hole. The first visit was in Feb 2022. The guy charged my girlfriend £780 because I wasn't there to tell him he was ripping us off. 7 months on, not one bit of CCTV equipment has entered my property, there has been about 7 visits in total with just poison being out down and the rats are still here. He also tried to sell my girlfriend a odour eliminating gel for £75. Thank God she declined because one of his colleagues gave us one for free on the next visit claiming it was part of the service! I could have purchased ten times the poison that these guys have put down for the cost they have charged. I would recommend using a bigger company like Rentokill. In my experience, the smaller pest control firms are not good.
