It's nearly impossible to reach anyone for assistance, and they continually send generic responses indicating that you're out of luck. If I could, I would rate this as zero stars, and I plan to leave negative feedback wherever possible. My bank is currently working to hold them accountable. I suspect they have set things up to ensure you can never recover your funds. Deceptive operators! I can't understand why individuals like this can't find more constructive ways to spend their time.
