Ordering the bike was easy. Bike came in good sized box (heavy) packaged well directions were easy enough to follow. The bike was very fast for me being new to ebikes, took it to the mountains on vacation and had lots of fun. Tires worked well on the trails and suspension did well. I had to tighten the seat a few times as it would come loose enough to slowly go down or swivel when pedaling. The battery held up very well. Overall, I'm glad I bought the bike and look forward to getting back out in the spring.
