The manual and online directions were easy to follow to put the bike together. My wife likes the weight of the bike. We got it because she said the fat tire ebike she had was too heavy and hard to handle. She says this bike seat is really comfy and the bike handles well. It seems to be well built and solid. We think it was a really good deal and value.
