I was very happy with my qronge order. I’d been looking for a reasonably priced e-bike for my son who out grew his. Every that had a decent look was well over $3k and anything around the $1k price point looked like it came from the 60’s. The preorder process was clear and when I ordered in October, the estimated ship date was late November and I was hopeful the bike would arrive by Christmas. I contacted customer service and was told it may not ship in time. I was disappointed, but understood, and then about a week later I got the shipping notification and had the bike with just a few days. Assembly was easy and my son loves the bike.
