I worked with this company on Feb 7 and 8. They arrived on time on Feb 7. They were actually a little early, which we liked. They mentioned that they would need a third person to help and asked whether they could reschedule for Feb 8th. We made the accommodation; they arrive on time Feb 8th. They got started, no problem, they did try to quote a different price than what was quoted to us originally, but we solved that. When we arrived at the new apartment they brought in everything, but tried to tell us the deep freezer and couch wouldn't make it in. We informed them both would fit, but they insisted the couch would fit, and they would bring the deep freezer through the front door, which they did. They left the couch, and we had to pay two other people to bring the couch in after the movers left. The two men were able to move the couch into the apartment without any problem, even though the gentleman from QST said the couch wouldn't fit. It fit with NO PROBLEM, so they didn't even try to get it into the apartment. We noticed the screws were missing from the couch's feet. When we called the company to inquire about the screws and to inform them that their movers didn't complete the job, we were told we would get a call back. It has been almost a month, and we still haven't received a call back. We are also unable to attach the feet to the couch without the screws. I would have loved to give a better review, but considering I had to pay someone else to bring my couch in and never received a follow-up call regarding my concerns, I would say use them but be mindful of when they are tired or don't want to complete the project they were paid to do.
