Having read supposed reviews from satisfied customers I was quite excited to think that this could be the answer to my ear wax issues. How stupid I was. Doesn't go anywhere near the wax in my ears let alone remove it. I tried softening the wax with olive oil but still no joy. A complete waste of money! isn't even worth 1 star in truth! Unfortunately ear syringing is no longer available on the NHS so I could have used the money I wasted on this product to get my ears syringed privately!!SORRY BUT USELESS!!
