I leave a review with 'NO STAR' for an ear cleaner from Q-TWIST I recently purchased in order that people do not buy and not be cheated by the advertisement. -delivery takes ages: shipped from Hongkong- it made in China, not given sufficient information -It is a weird company: Purchase from Q-TWIST website but order confirmation from Pandashop & customer support from another name. Anyway, I tried it but it is not working as they advertise and quality is not good and their web site the product is packed in a case but it was in a crushed small plastic bag. DO NOT BUY, WAIST TIME & DO NOT BE CHEATED.
