I purchased a brand new bike, unaware that it required a 12-hour boost charge, as this was only indicated on the cardboard box, not in the manual. I called for assistance and received friendly service from a representative, but then was transferred to a mechanic who seemed annoyed with my lack of knowledge. I regret buying the bike; it’s quite terrible and I wouldn't recommend it. The phone support was unhelpful, only advising me to read a battery voltage with a tool I don’t possess. It seems unlikely that this issue will be resolved without incurring additional costs. In short, I'd suggest avoiding this model and reaching out to someone who can provide real help.
